That one is the "pre-order" November update. I got it 3 times for some reason. It seems that the pre-order update tries to summarize a couple different updates and they don't come out every 2 weeks like the igg updates.

Yeah same. The few times I have emailed him he has gotten back to me in a day or 2. I'd say if I don't hear back from him in a couple days then he is really busy or he is deciding to disregard my email.
