It really is about a lot more than total number of balls. My favourite is the tiniest on the market. But if it scratches an itch to know that you're vape contains more balls than the one next to it then I won't criticise that. Whatever makes you happy is a good thing.

Often new users struggle to control thier draw effectively and a restricted set up makes it easier to do a long slow draw and much harder to overwhelm the heater. I prefer a less restricted setup relying on my ability to control draw speed when needed.
