It is separated ;) I believe the bottom reservoir is leveled with the bottom of the 18mm joint, from this photo. As soon as I receive the first jar from the seller, I will let you guys know. Hopefully his Quality Control will be good at keeping the bottom part leveled for the rest of production

Fixed the link for you. Maybe you could try using a stack of ceramic magnets? The ELBs will attract to those, just tried it right now. I would use 1/2 inch diameter.

I've been having the same problem with 3 of my ELBs I bought in April. The top cap sometimes comes loose when vaping, resulting in bits of weed getting into the bottom chamber of my Hydratube. No clue why they're getting looser.
