OGB does custom work so IF (I haven't asked him specifically about a Herborizer bowl/injector) he was willing to, he would easily be able to replicate the original dimensions. Price wise I'm not so sure, but an 18mm bowl from Herborizer would cost $90 CAD shipped, so I bet it's not far off...

@VGOODIEZ carries Herborizer stuff but I'm not sure to what extent. If I was going to go 3rd party I would check with Oregon glass blower. He makes some really nice stuff and I bet he could make the bowl at the very least. If the heater cover is a standard glass size it should be even more simple.
