I never contacted S&B. Only wrote a small letter put it in the box with the crafty and sent it to them. Within a week I always had a brand new unit.

Push the button 2 seconds. The light will turn blue and the crafty is turned off.

I use the capsules for 2 weeks now and I think they will last a long time! No cleaning until now, only fill-vape-empty and refill.

I have both and use the Mighty round the house , in the garden and for longer sessions without the capsules. I use the Crafty when I am in public places or while I am riding my bike! Don't wanna miss one of the devices.

Found a nice place for a crafty break!

Sorry for your loss but I would try to talk to S&B and explain the problem again. I think there would be a solve of the problem. Are American quality laws that bad?! What is when a Crafty battery or any other battery of another device dies after 2 or 3 weeks , all American customers have to buy...

A hard reset + reinstalling the app worked for me with my third Crafty model 2.08! Good luck
