I think you have a defektive unit. Mine takes a little more than an hour to charge! Maybe a hard reset of your unit will help. When you shut off your c+ hold the button 10 seconds.

Just saying: never had problems with Storz&Bickel and I am no troll only a vaper for over 10 years now. I had several vaporizers from several Companies. The only company I had no problem with was S&B! My Hybrid still shows no signs and I have no aluminum dust.

I got my Hybrid 30% cheaper from Namaste Europe. I have no problems at all! Registered it without problems. Tonight I vaped 90 minutes with the whip without a break. No signs on my filling chamber! Vape On!

My housing has no burnt signs! I use it with the reducer and let it on for minimum 3minutes to max 45minutes with the whip! No burning at all! And no plastic pieces falling apart! My max temperature is always 230!

My mistake! I did not cleaned the Hybrid I cleaned the herb chamber! Especially the upper piece of the chamber was full of gunk after 13 hours. The chamber of the classic only needed brush cleaning after every session,the hybrid parts need iso cleaning! Never cleaned the base of my Classic.
