The suggestion Todd gave me was to use cocoa butter hand cream of any kind. It's roughly the same consistency, the only real difference is the scent. I do miss the OEM "wax," but the cocoa butter smells delicious, too. :peace:

I'm no chemist, but just because something is in a solid doesn't necessarily mean it is a solid..? It may have been because of the use of the word vaporization, but I always imagined the chemicals in a plant are more gel-like than solid. In that case, the chemicals would vaporize.

Iirc, HSD and LSD are just self discharge. Whether or not it is HSD or LSD shouldn't have an effect when the battery is in use--just when it is sitting there, discharging itself. In that case, LSD is better because you can leave them without using them for a while and it won't waste a charge...
