That happy feeling when the $3 taster at the local dispensary is a perfect fit for the accessory mouthpiece They’re called “boiling stones”, and are made from borosilicate glass. Eureka moment when I learned the proper name—searches for “glass marbles” yielded only larger ones, and dab stones...

I haven’t cleaned it yet, but my plan is to remove the marbles, put them in a bit of everclear, then let them dry before reinserting. I tend to not let stuff get very sticky before cleaning. Ymmv

Update on DIY cooling stem: The glass marbles tend to want to settle down into the end of the vapcap tip when I put it on a magnet. If they stick there, they’ll block airflow through. A folded screen protruding from the end of the tip keeps that from happening.

    DaVinci MIQRO

You can definitely get effects with no visible vapor. Some think any vapor you exhale is wasted goodness. I personally have gotten way higher than intended a few times with the miqro because I made the mistake of thinking that because I didn’t see vapor, I hadn’t gotten anything. You’ll...

I recently purchased the “ice” stem for my e-nano, and was amazed by how well it cools the vapor for that device. I decided to try to DIY something similar for my other vapes. (L to R: Epicvapes Ice stem for e-nano, DIY cooling stem for vapcap, DIY cooling stem for Solo II) I bought a bag of...

Postimages.org is an easy photo site too. After you upload a pic, it offers multiple different kinds of links. Choose “direct link”, then touch the little photo icon at the top of your FC comment box, and paste that link into the box. Then touch “insert” button in that window, and it will...

No, “ice” is metaphorical. It’s a borosilicate glass stem filled with 10 or 11 borosilicate marbles. These both add turbulence, which cools the vapor, and also maybe absorb heat themselves, which would be like them sucking heat from the vapor as it passes by. I don’t know for sure. But it...

my edit window closed in my previous post. Is this a new feature? Anyway, I love the Ice stem! Nice cool delicious vapor. Feels like it cools more than the spiky-indents style of cooling stem. Plus, I’m enjoying the marbles clinking back and forth (using it level). Now I want a similar stem...
