@RogueGuy yeah I’ve had this experience. I have one XL condenser that the ti mouthpiece has to sort of be nudged onto, and doesn’t spin.

I clean with a small jar of everclear, that takes on a nice amber hue after a while. Then can add that alcohol into tea or coffee for a nice cuppa.

Haven’t done it in a robusto, but I used 6mm glass beads in RWW’s original glass stem. It works wonderfully. I bent a screen in half and inserted it into the end of the tip, sticking out a bit, just to keep the bottom bead from gluing itself into the end of the tip when it’s on a magnet.

They don't need regular replacement. Replace tip o-rings if they get cracked, or shrink and don't hold your tip securely in your stem. Internal x-rings, same story. I have not needed to replace any o-ring or x-ring in 2 years of using dynavaps. If they don't get overheated, or over-soaked in...
