I wish I had received the same service. I sent my unit priority mail on Monday and it was received on Wednesday. They sent me tracking on Thursday and the unit was sent FedEx ground and is scheduled to arrive next Thursday. Not exactly the quick turnaround I was expecting.

Make sure you clean the vapor path very often. I received one as a test unit and the mouthpiece no longer clicks open. Now when I click the mouthpiece, it pushes the unit out of its casing on the bottom. This happened after about 6 uses of the vape. I hope you have better luck with your unit.

Easy solution - place a solo sized screen over the herb chamber once packed, then insert the mouthpiece. This has worked well for me.

Are you using the standard lid with the center screw? In the past, I have had similar results, but it was usually an over filled bowl or too slow of an inhale. Try only using a half packed bowl and start with a slow inhale and ramp up faster towards the end. Surprisingly, a little pinch can...

The orange O-ring is made of a softer silicone, that allows the lid to be opened and turned easier. If you have the stir lid attachment, the orange o-ring is necessary.

Also the smaller rubber plug (not sure of size) that was included with the Pinnacle WaterTube is great at removing the screen retainer ring.
