Actually, from early reviewers, there really isn't any cleaning maintenance with the Grasshopper and to easily empty the chamber, the pen clip works great. IMHO, Grasshopper Labs technology far surpasses what Inhalater has accomplished, but YMMV.

I'd advise not purchasing. It's not worth the cost for an original Cloud that will not be under warranty. It is most likely genuine, but very old stock.

I have tried both methods and warm or hot ISO works much quicker with less scrubbing in the small hard to get areas of the cooling unit. YMMV

I can answer as I saw the link on Massdrop. It was for the INH005.

My suggestion would be to hold on and enjoy the unit you have until you experience problems.

Have you cleaned your bowl screen recently? If it's clean, send your unit in for a replacement. Just noticed you purchased used. Still reach out to S&B, they may be able to help.
