I don't see the point in the big desk lighter, I'd rather buy one of the chinese induction heaters or make my own. They're not really portable either way and electric is less fuss than butane, plus the chinese ones are slightly cheaper and making your own is about 1/4 of the price of that lighter.

Ah, hadn't seen those, although I saw the Biggie and Smalls 3D printed versions on Etsy, they're more enclosed. The feeder is also 3D printed from PLA, it looks fairly handy but I read reviews that the PLA flaked, and foodsafe or not, I don't want to vape plastic...

@stark1 is that a dynavap feeder? I looked at those but I read they tend to flake apart, how're you finding it?

Actually, that one isn't as good quality as the Hedonist Club version, look at the actual joint. The French one doesn't have a ground glass joint. It's narrower at the top as well.

The designs and technology wouldn't translate at all to a butane vape and I don't think there's a huge amount of development left to those. There's a wide range from the Eagle Bill, Vaponic and VapCap's to less portable options like the Sticky Bricks, and there's only so many ways to heat up...

SWII50 is the code, I don't see anywhere it mentions how long it's on for. Only on the grinders though.
