I think it's part of the instructions to do a 10 second burn off. I could be wrong though. It's good to check if your coil works in any case. This thing isn't nearly as sensitive as something like the omicron carts.

Aahaa! That's the kind of thing I was looking for @JoeKickass ! As for my technique. I usually take two very long hits then I'm done for a while. Preheat for just a second and then inhale for 7-9 seconds. Usually get a huge cloud and a very relaxing night.

I beleive the dabbler is designed so that pulsing isn't neccesary. The dabbler is supposed to keep the heat of the coil in the ideal range.

Haha! Well I was just wondering if there was a better way than jamming a butter knife into my wax! I will probably just get a scoop tool as you recommend or maybe just see how @Chill Dude method works. Thanks for the replies anyway :).

Does anybody have some tips with loading crumbles? I just got my first crumble. I usually have at least a slight wax consistency with my concentrates. The dabber tool I use is the highly educated ball tipped one. Which isn't very helpful with this stuff. How do I get all the fine particulates?

I suppose I can somewhat relate to the gentleman above OF. The omicron isn't the easiest vape to start using but it isn't that hard. Minimal research will get you where you need. I still find myself frustrated with inconsistent hits. I realize this is probably just my errors in loading or...

I can't wait for this Labor Day weekend to sit back and use my dabbler. I've been using it lightly for the most part. Have some delicious Jack the Ripper wax to use. Best stuff I've ever had.

From my understanding the foil test is used to also test the amount of plant matter in the wax. Lipids and stuff that will not vape cleanly. This is my understanding at least. So I think it would be applicable for co2 as well. Green color indicates some level of plant matter left in the wax...

To add on to what Joe said. Ideally you want very light amber shatter that is transparent. Very gooey concentrates and dark concentrates tend to be of lower quality. So stick to the shatters and other stable waxes!

It is quite versatile. I've used pretty runny oil to shatter. All have worked with great success. I'm not sure bubble or e juice would work very well at all. You're safer sticking with crumbles and the like. I hope you enjoy it :).
