No problem. Videos will definitely help me fully diagnose the problem for you. I also recommend heading in to advanced mode and setting the temp around 520 (2 Cyan/Light Blue LED's) for best results. This is a good temp for clouds and flavor. Let me know if you need further assistance.

This should not harm the unit, but it may not get the capsule hot enough to vaporize your materials. Yes, all inserts are compatible with any Ti cup.

I see what you are saying now. As long as you are using an induction cup and place these capsules inside the induction cup, if they fit, then you should have no issues. I would not recommend trying to use the Switch or these capsules without an induction cup. This may harm the Switch electronics.
