Another good way is to wrap 2 wires in parallel, being careful to keep them side by side through the twists, when you slip the screwdriver/Allenkkey out the 2 wires will come apart, each one perfectly spaced. Also keep in mind when wrapping coils, sometimes it's better to up the inner diameter...
