I received my repaired Hopper a few days ago. Its working great so far. I do notice as others have mentioned the bump up in temperatures. I used to start on 3.5 or 4 and finish on 5. Now starting on 2.5 or 3 and finishing on 4. Temp 5 doesn't burn or char with my unit but it gets damn close...

I will say that I am a firm supporter of Hopper labs and the grasshopper. But it seems like they could do a little bit better with taking some responsibility for the faulty unit or the problems with it instead of trying to put it off on the user as if the user did not know what they were doing...

Just curious because I'm 10 pages behind or so but has anyone else been told they installed some updated software so when the dial is on 3, you have to take a primer draw and the heat increases with each draw there after? Thanks
