LOL, I'm just going to pay the $115 citation, and buy a new solo. I lost $415 bucks, luckily I decide to do a sesh with my stock stem that night and not my PVHES stem.

Yup that why I just let him take it and just took the citation for my tints and left before he changed his mind.

I contact Vapir, and there pretty much going to take care of me for now on after I submit warranty information on there site. She told me that there only one Model out there so they all should preform somewhat the same maybe you received an defective NO2 and love the way it preformed...

I purchased the unit from an authorizer dealer and its still under warranty. With that being said about the airflow, I will contact them and request an exchange. A few recent post lead me to believe that the newer model NO2 airflow is unrestricted.
