This is a VERY positive update from Hopper Labs in my opinion. It shows that they've been listening and that they're finally willing to step up their communication with customers. I think if they continue along this track it will alleviate a lot of the frustration and anguish out there.

My Hopper arrived today at Hopper Labs for warranty repair. I'm really missing it and can't wait to have it back in rotation. Here's hoping for a quick 1-2 day turnaround time!
