Sorry to hear that, I love my d-cycler. If it makes you feel better I broke one of my 2x HQP quartz 20mm enails 3 days after it arrived, luckily it was the 18mm female I need to use an adapter to use not the 14mm male that fits just about everything.

There's two ways of looking at the question. Do you want more airflow or compatibility? An 18mm male will allow more airflow while the 14mm can be easily converted to an 18mm male with just a 18-14 reducer.

I've got some insanely fire live resin in a glass jar. Its semi-solid and some of it is liquefied. Can I homogenize (stir) it together and freeze to make it more "shatter-y" and get 100% of the goodness? Any other suggestions?
