The fab egg GonG will be fine, I broke my last one trying to twist out a dirty banger and snapped off the joint but as long as you don't put your back into it the reinforcement is enough for most use. My second egg is still going strong 1 year later and I use it with a dropdown and enail.

You sure they're quartz? The ones that come with Dhgate glass are straight boro. I only tried one a few years ago before I had a proper setup but it lasted <5 dabs.
