Can confirm my dually rattles like a, erm, rattle. I don't think it used to but I suspect an accidental overheat by a roommate may have loosened some things up in there.

That sounds like a little conduction vapor escaping, a quick wave through the air is all it takes to get a bit of air flowing backwards through your vapcap. I also get false positives when lint gets on the cap and I don't see it until after it's burned off. Remember to use your tubes everyone.
