Yeah, I deep-clean my sidecar twice a week and it's never like, grubby, but it does haze up in places. Figured cranberry might help. I guess it can't hurt, and it looks kind of nice. :) Edit: :smug:

Looking good muunch. Are you using cranberry extract in your water? Does it really make a noticeable difference? I have some on the way but occasionally wonder if I should bother.

@muunch, have you tried unplugging the dimmer and giving it a good number of 0-100 turns back and forth? You don't have to crank it, just sit down with some music or TV and turn it back and forth for a few minutes. I don't know what the dial contacts look like inside, so I don't know if it...

The way they are now is good. As a Canadian, the thought of giving someone a card that said 'Other side is a sticker' when I'd already peeled the sticker off and stuck it to my laptop...well it's mortifying.

Are you serious? I never tried to peel mine because it felt like card stock! Haha.

Have there ever been decals with the 'radiant log' design that's on the cards? (as seen in fresham's VVPS pic) I love that design, would love to plaster it onto a few things I own.

Just to follow up, I tried the lower-concentration isopropyl soak-and-shake followed by a soak and scrub in some hot water with Dawn, a lot of hot water rinsing, then a thorough forced-air dry and it's night and day! There's still a hint of odour, but this is a NonG I've been using since...

Yeah, it's got what you might call a characteristic odour. :) Smelled completely neutral when new.

Anyone have tips for a particularly fragrant NonG? I've soaked it in 99% isopropyl overnight and it's clean as a whistle, but still has a pretty strong odour (up close, I can't smell it from three feet away or anything). I wonder if a baking soda wash might help.

3M Command adhesive tabs would do great for an upside-down mount, and come off cleanly, should you ever decide you don't want it there anymore. Just pull the tab.
