I'm not sure what would cause the difference between 14mm and 18mm but I have noticed that the stems that go around the heater provide a 'cooler'(lower temp extraction) than the stems that fit inside the heater. I usually crank up my vvps a little when using the 'around the heater' stems. There...

I have both SS stems. I like the smaller version that fits inside the heater but I've always been a 1 hitter type of person. They cool the vapor for nice smooth hits.

When I have my Versa running, I leave it on all day. Usually turn it off at night. It's a power vape and hits you hard for sure. I need to test lower temp vaping with it because if I use it during the day, I'll be napping. Haha. Glad you're enjoying it!

They only real difference I've noticed is that the bigger or thicker ones are cooler to the touch. I like mine on the bigger side but it's really more of a grip thing for me (personal preference).

Mines been working well so far. Seems to be rather dependable. Not a whole lot of complaints except for the bag system. Vapor quality is excellent, I think.
