I agree they can ditch the aromatherapy and a stronger fan wouldn't hurt but I'm happy with the output of mine. I'd be happy if they released a smaller bowl as I don't use much at a time. Luckily, the miniVap flexicones have kinda solved the problem for me.

You can let a loaded SS stem sit in the heater for a few seconds to help preheat the load.

@indicandescent Have you tried using the extension cord yet? If not, that will tame your dog a bit. Also, did you get any of the stems that go around the heater inseam of inside? If find those hit a little cooler than the SS tipped stems. Especially if you don't use an o-ring for a...

Standard and air core are pretty much the same, function wise. Upside down in a 18mm connection is just fine. Don't want to leave it that way for hours straight though. It's a SS cartridge heater and that's the only thing in the airpath. Economical temp changes can be done by moving the screen...

@CBDFarm People have successfully used wax with the UD. You can sandwich a small little bit between two layers of herb. I believe you can also use organic cotton or degummed hemp to make a pod around the wax. I must confess I use flower only so this is only from what I've read on this thread...

I already own an 'artisan' vape. It is MUCH more impressively made than the Zion. So I understand the difference between a manufactured vape and artisan. I know this vape is well loved and I'm sure it performs great. I'm just adding my onbervations.
