I use a Nitcore I4 and charge a couple of 18650 batts for my Focus Pro at the same time. I started using the native charger more for less battery swap outs though.

Where do you blow the air into the Hopper? I feel like an idiot that it's not clear to me, but when I get mine back I want to try using the canned air spray to prevent build up. I've done it too, more than once, and I'd bet we're not the only ones...

I never even asked and they sent me a shipping label with the postage paid. Just have to print it out and send them back. Crossing my fingers that when they come back to me this time, not only will they work, but with the upgraded parts they'll keep working for longer.
