    Are you getting the auto responder message that your email was received? It states that you should get a reply to your email within 2-5 business days. If you aren't getting that email, I don't think you'll ever get an answer.

    I personally prefer the Pro over the Pro S, a lot. I am one who finds the internal temp way too low and the external temp WAY too high for me. I guess I have baby hands or something. I'm really disappointed that PIU is only selling the Pro S.

    Every single moment of frustration will be fully worth it in my book IF they really did work out their issues and I get two perfectly functioning hoppers back that keep working for at least a year. If that happens I really don't care about anything else. I love my hoppers THAT much.

    That's the exact reason both my hoppers are at HL waiting for service now. That's pretty much the only way I use my GHs, is hitting it hard at 5. BUT, in my case, even when I turned it down under 5, ripping it hard through water still made it combust.
