@lazylightning, 20mm is the diameter of your heating coil. So if the inner diameter of your dish is 17mm, add in the metal outer walls and looks to me like you have the 20mm setup. If you had a 16mm setup, your 20mm coil would rattle all around and not make full contact or heat up the dish...
