The pen is ruined. It leaked all over the battery and wasted an entire thing of PG. I barely used it. Still a fan of PG but not their pens.

:) The hits are super wispy with concentrates and the fmj. I barely feel like I'm getting a hit (although I do feel pretty medicated afterwards). The PnP's strong point is herbs. Would definitely get a dedicated pen too. Welcome to FC. You don't need a grinder. I use bonsai trimming...

I haven't had any issues with the unit turning on or any bullets falling out but the mouth piece has come off in my pocket a few times. Definitely a loose fit.

Just got my replacement PonG via UPS. The inner wall is thicker just like Engineering's photo. They also included an extra mp with mine. Water tube time!!!

If you went through yoyokid you probably paid with PayPal. Forward them the PayPal receipt that was emailed to you. That is what I did.

Here is a copy of their response after I emailed them: "can you Please E mail me a copy of the receipt and the address where you would like the new parts to go. Please and thank you!" Maybe I was a special case? If you don't have your receipt and they ask for one I would just let them know...

I emailed them and they responded that they needed a copy of the receipt and a picture of the melted PonG. That is pretty standard IMO. Missing my water tube even more after watching.

I hear that. Tracking info indicates I won't receive the replacement PonG until Monday, October 7th. Haven't been able to use the water tube since September 27th.
