I'm not sure how new you are to this forum but the Inhalators can't operate on the USB current alone....not enough there.....not sure on these numbers but I think it needs upwards of 800ma and the USB is rated at best 500ma.... therefore what you had happen...

Yea you only have that oiling the switch arm and wiper inside the potentiometer idea left to try.... a tiny drop under the small plastic circle that covers and protects the wiper arm.... however after that you have pretty much tried everything there is to try....sorry... :peace:
