Idk, I go for a bunch of low temp hits at first before finishing off the bowl by temp stepping - I would guess 6-8 heat cycles. I haven't had to stir at all and the abv comes out so perfectly medium to dark coffee brown. Next bowl I'll test just heating the top ring for every cycle and see how...
