Any chance you know where I can find the Window PC app? I've searched the forums, their site, and Google and cannot find it.

I have the exact same issue with the turning on of the device—3 clicks on, blue but then unresponsive and then it’s like I have click it a again to “wake” it. It doesn’t seem right but isn’t the end of the world. I’m gyessing a firmware update with fix this.

Me wonders if I am getting by with technique on a faulty unit? :hmm:

It depends on the heat feedback I'm sensing. IMO, I think it's wise to know there is some technique here.

Yes, I lean on the button while drawing 3-5 seconds. I feel the warm vape in the back of my throat I let off the button. I’m getting nice fine cool clouds.

It seems to me this is due to one of two events: 1) faulty seal or 2) leaning too heavily on the draw button. I’m finding the lowest factory setting to be giving me the best overall experience. If I draw on and on I will combust.

@Haze Vaporizers Any plans for an all wood version of the square? Or different styles/colors to the rotating side?

That’s what I’m finding optimum, namely I’m filling close to the top but only very slightly tamped. I seem to get less air flow/less even abv if I tamp down too firmly. I load each chamber just as I do a FF2. In terms of vapor quality/heat/harshness I’d say it feels like somewhere between a FF2...

I’m not sure. Mine blinks red while charging but never gets to green after a full overnight charge. I have no idea why.

I don’t know if this is advised but I took the whole side with chambers, popped out chambers and tray and the silver side of the second half of unit and soaked it all in iso for 10 mintutes. Got most of that char out but I do agree if you don’t get on that right away that smell isn’t fully going...

Strangely I have found the optimal experience on the lowest setting. Smooth tasty clouds. At higher temps I was combusting or near combusting. I begin my drawn before the green light/buzz and don’t go on for more than 7-8 seconds. It’s like adding some more cool circulation to it=cooler vape.

Overall I am very pleased with my purchase. Especially for a sub-$200 entry!

I just made a decision to not take my Haze Square on a field trip because of it’s heft. I’m considering this more as a mobile-desktop unit which is no sleight at all. No doubt—I’m enchanted by this unit however I categorize it in my head !

I’m a moron. Combustion I believe was due to not aligning the lip. Now that I’m sure everything is all flush it is back to producing rainbows.
