I am sure this has been mentioned before but how do you all deep clean the sticky? Is high proof rum in the bowl area still the recommended method to clean the wood? Thanks.

From what Ed said this would be correct. He advised it was secured and tested, but he is refining the process to eliminate the problem in future units. Beta product, small bump in the road.

Ed has done an excellent job with customer service and my WS is on its way back to Ed for a quick fix. Ed has also advised of future processes that should make this issue a non factor in the long term.
