DHGate took care of me and provided a refund. They also even said they agreed the seller had sent me an bogus tracking number and basically were jerking me around via our direct messages.

I would highly recommend avoiding doing ANY business with glassartist on dhgate. They sent me a package that came broken and although agreed to send the replacment they have attempted to scam me instead and 3 months later i have no glass I repeat... Do NOT do business with Glassartist on DHGATE

Just so everyone knows got everything sorted with New Vape to my satisfaction and am back to vaping again. This has quickly become one of the most used vapes. Just nice to have a option that works so well with both herb and concentrates alike.

Is there any way to order extended length cords for both the power source and the actual heating coil? The cords both being too short is one of my biggest complaints about the unit. Overall using it a ton. Got to love a daily driver ready and able to switch between flower and concentrates

I have to say, the glow in the dark version i got is pretty damn bad ass. Leave it bedside for something to hit in the dark to get me back to sleep if needed. Pretty cool.

I also noticed the need to preheat the coil to prevent the built in Dabber from sticking. No biggie for me.
