Oof, that's a hefty heat up time. Was that the end of the bowl when you ended the video? Cos that's not that bad as to time to finish a bowl. It's no one hitter, but I can take flaws for a festival vape.

I encountered this, freezer for an hour, then pliers. I'd also get in touch with the maker. The cap I originally got I'd have to turn back a half rotation otherwise itd binds. With this new cap, I can tighten as much as I want, when I heat it it's not gonna bind. Side note, I am loving this...

I don't find the vapour to be too hot, but I do find it scratchy. I'd grab that pipe, but big box stores have destroyed mum and pop stores in Australia, so I wouldn't even know where to begin looking for the O rings...
