I think you might be spreading misinformation, HL has not " promised mass delivery every month for 21 months ". No doubt they are delivering way beyond estimates but your statement is not true.

I assure you that cannot be correct. They will not be in business anymore if it takes them a year to ship current orders.

Seems a bit odd. Did you get an address confirmation? SS or Ti? Getting close to my date... but seems like there are lots of orders before you that haven't shipped.

Not true. Resistance increases linearly with distance. The longer 'hose' or 'tube' would have a larger pressure drop.

The thing is the insulation that is located around the chamber and the in the tip has a far greater impact(order of magnitude) than the thin metal shell on the outside. I still stand by my opinion that there should be no appreciable difference between the two when it comes to extraction & taste...

The Ti & SS should heat up identically & taste the same. There is no reason to believe these differences so far discussed are not calibration issues or subjective observations.
