I think that is totally fine so long as it is not the 1st unit you receive from them. For warranty repairs refurbished parts are fine and typical of many industries.

They are not the same, look at the photos. The sidecar mouthpiece on the Sunshinestore starts below the top of the perc. On the other one the mouthpiece is above the top of the perc.

I ordered from Lumin88(free shipping to Canada, unlike the rest) & got a tracking # 5 hours later(who knows when it will actually ship), his is also 5mm thick but no base.

Just picked up a new hydratube I haven't seen before on dhgate, the GB-314. So cheap & has decent size can which seem like it will work better than the SSS one. The only thing is I would like to see a slightly wider base for stability.

I'm going to go against the trend of what others have answered here and say Sept 2016. This is based on their current shipment rates, & does not account for any unforeseen issues that may arise(& have happened many a time before).
