Magic Flight actually encouraged it ( I think it was on Reddit). I guess not a surprise since they are into re-puposing and sustainability. I wouldn't have posted it otherwise. I did the artwork for the tin that the box comes in, and have a good relationship with them.

I had that happen once. I fixed it by tapping the inside of the bowl with the back of an x-acto handle (no blade of course). A couple good taps (fairly heavy), and it worked. There is also a reset ritual you do with the charger, but I can't remember it off the top of my head.

...well the concentrate screens have the advantage of a quicker hit, and they are "fixed" in there, and not going to move. So basically, if you have an old box that has the screen ripped out for warranty purposes or by accident, you can turn it into a Maud Dib for $5.
