I think that's a safety auto shut off feature. It happens to me sometimes and doing what youdoing solves it for me as well.

I run hot water through mine from the tub for a bit but I do that like 2-3 times a day, so if it's been four days your going to need a more exstensive clean. Buy grunge off works great on glass and is reusabl just funnel and strain back in.

ok yeah with the dial turned all the way down barely any vapor. But at around 10 or so i get a nice hit so I guess jus really sensitive like you said. Thanks

quick question. I just got my cloud today and it won't stop going back and forth from green to red and clicking. It is hot though and I have hit it. But it doesn't sty green and if I go past noon it stays red and clicks the whole time. Is this a problem? Thx
