It's not about keeping it clean but allowing the temperature not increase higher than desired -the bowl steeping in that heat and then taking the heat will evidently give you a hotter hit
thanks guys for chiming in. anyone in here with a tool to test the unit's temperature? I don't have any thermometers at hand, and I think everyone here would be interested in understanding the variance
Found it interesting that no one commented on this - My theory is that it can't maintain but is in a constant state of fluctuation, meaning precision is not one of it's strong suits.

I agree with it's a powerful vape, but I personally enjoy being consistent with my temps; I want to stay at 365, no hotter.
My concern is the the Evo gets hotter as the session goes, and the user doesn't have much control.
Just received my replacement unit today.
The knob however, is misaligned - the white line that indicates the middle locks in at around 11 o clock.
Anyone have this issue before?
Just tested it, it's sealed.
Question - does that mean that if it's sealed.. it's fully functioning?
Just turned it on to max - it smells like burnt rubber.
