Yes you "nailed it". I do usually use my Zion dry with the short stem. I feel the same way about the quality of convection vapes. My Enano and UDs were mostly used dry. I now reach for my Zion instead because of the ease of use and near instant heat. I have not tried my EVO dry yet.

We need some Zion love back in here. Preordering is not for everyone. I am a paying customer just like everyone else. Just one of the first 10 to believe in the design I was shown enough to buy one in advance.
