Quick question for those of you experiencing the off-gassing. Did you all wipe down the Ascent with alcohol before use? Just wondering if the cause is not cleaning pre session? Still debating about reordering one after I cancelled my preorder...

I just did. The guy on the phone told me that he would have to send a message to his supervisor to get that taken care of. That they would call me as soon as they were able to refund me.... I even got the run around on a cancellation/refund. Horrible business practices going on here

I pre-registered, ordered the first day at 5 til the "official" release time, and haven't received anything from them other than my order confirmation email... Just wondering if anyone else has been left in the dark, or just me!?!?
