I donated at $250 and then again at $100 to bring me to fanboy status. Ben thinks I ordered the upgrade ($250) and shirt (fashionista). Working through getting back on the same page. I can't imagine trying to iron all this out after the fact....lot's of work and there's sure to be mistakes...

I too used silicon to make a grip on the GonG, but before I did that....I used the included Epik. Works well.

Anyone using the 14mm atomizer with a 14-18 low profile reducer for use in 18mm stems? I'm wondering if this solves any issues with leaving the atomizer in the downstem and negating heat expansion.

My Cloud was purchased in Oct 2012, died April 2013 and sent to VXL. Repaired and returned in May for the additional $150 upgrade and extended warranty......Do I now need to make a third purchase in less than a year on the same product? I understand things go through revisions all the time...

Sorry Mr3Cloud, if your unit starts green and then goes into the blinking lights within the first few minutes....it's dead and needs to be repaired by VXH. I know some have opened their units and found an intermittent connection to the heating element on older Clouds upon failure, but have not...

IMO it's not fair to try and compare a plug-in to a portable. Plug-ins just draw so much more power. The biggest difference to me is the chamber size. Group sessions get the LSV, alone on the go gets the...well, Solo. The need constitutes the choice.

Just the stem. The heating element is log vape style.

For high end glass, Sovereignty would be my recommendation. As close to flawless as you can get I think. I love my Lattice and EFS donut though...they see more time on the playing field than my V6 down.

I've done it with full melt hash through the GonG. Keeping the stem inverted upside down during a direct draw would keep anything from melting down into the nano. It would instead melt down the stem. Edit: ...or you could encase the oil in cotton similar to how we do with the Solo.
