Sounds like a short. I would contact Andy or Nadia ASAP....and I would not try and use it again until you've spoken to them. Additional caution should be used when dealing with a short on a 110v circuit.

Make sure the screen in your VB wand is clean...spotless. I have to change mine pretty often or it can turn into a milkshake draw. A fine grind and load size can also decrease airflow, maybe try a medium grind with a little less material? I'd go back to hitting it dry to see if it's the...

I had the same problem over the weekend...but my screen won't go back into the MP. I'm able to use one of the short stems from the HI as a temp MP with screen...but as of this morning I've reached out to W9 for direction on where I'm supposed to go with this now.

Try heating up your dabber with a lighter or torch before breaking off a dab. That should keep it from shattering all over the place. On a side note...I'll take a hard shatter over a gooey concentrate every time.
