I know that when I use my mechanical mod ecig even vaping at over 60 watts with super sub ohm coils the vapor feels very cool. I am wondering if the state change from liquid to gas makes it cooler... And if a similar but less dramatic effect might be at work here also.

Unless his vacuum chamber is at absolute zero technically there is always heat on the chamber. :D :p
