I am looking for some first time advice here. I grabbed some of this to clean a stubborn spot on my Mobius. How much should I use? You pour some in the glass and then add hot/warm water and let it soak? Or pre-mix and then pour into the glass?

I do not reside in CO. I do enjoy products of The Lab though ;) Down to 565 with this SiC insert. Feeling foolish that I had it all along! I still have my invoice, the only note on there is "thank you!". As a first time customer and user of the product a heads up would have been nice!

Same thing happened with my order, I only ordered a 16mm Quartz insert, two inserts came, one I assumed was the stock Ti insert and I've only been using what is clearly the Quartz insert But now I'm questioning myself too.

I also have the 16 and considering upgrading to the 20 or 30. The 16 functions just fine, I just feel like I need to be careful how big of dabs I do or I will make a mess. Plus, I'd like to try out some new carb caps and there don't seem to be many options for the 16. I only have 16mm coils...

Any advice on cleaning? Just follow the instructions on the website?

Thanks for the input. I opted for a new Ion, in the middle of the road between the taller Matrix II and the shorter Nuc. Plus, all my existing gear is 18mm. Should be arriving today!

This. After using it for one night, I wish the hole was larger on the Storm Cell 3.1. I feel like I have to draw a lot harder than I normally do, and for longer.
