@lazylathe I have to say, I am loving these glass tubes. Didn't even cut down, seems like even better flavor and easier to handle etc........the SV3 should come stock with these glass tubes. I guess it is going to be a late night. I really have to do some of this "mix" testing you talk...

Seems like it would be fine using direct draw without cutting it down. Experimenting should be fun!

I got 2 stems today. One of the indents is quite a bit smaller than the other, but still will likely hold herb in place no issue. I just did a hit using the short end as the bowl end, and got one really nice tasty hit, and a second less dense hit. Fun watching the vapor shoot down the long...

One of my Iphone wall warts won't even charge my PAX2. Turns off or goes into an error mode. Definitely try another power source.

Bottom definitely stays empty. Water can escape and enter your EVO from there. Not meant for water, but instead to catch any potential overflow and prevent it from entering your EVO.

I don't have a turbine, but I don't think you are supposed to put water in the bottom chamber at all.

There have been many incidents of these type batteries going up when charging. Not trying to create undo fear, but it is wise to not leave these batteries charging unattended. Ever. I haven't seen this posted in a bit, and it is worth repeating.

@Stormsend Generally, less is more with the EVO. I also find I get better hits when the ELB is filled about 1/4 or less....I believe that is because you get much better air flow. I never go past 2pm on my dial, if I do I also get charring and near combustion (each unit may be slightly different...

That's exactly what I am doing now. Using a 14mm female - 18mm male, and I put a Nano screen in the female joint, basket style (had to spread out the screen). It fits perfectly and makes an excellent bowl at a perfect depth. Taste is wonderful. And as @Stu said, you don't have to finish the bowl...
