Bingo! It was a newly rebuilt cart and I attempted to melt all .5g in two stages...live and learn :)

Nope...one 18650 and the EO core will fire up shatter just fine. In fact, I believe TET's new e-liquid cartridge for the Luna is the only cartridge requiring 7.4V.

Hi Gr...I have both the Cera and Luna. Luna's side switch is much more convenient than the bottom switch on the cera. It has a nice feel with a good amount of 'pushback' (to prevent some accidental firings). I do wish the switch itself was a slightly different material. IMO the delrin switch...

I view it as buying one, seemingly indestructible, device for life. If it ever wavers in performance, I can always restore it to original condition with a nominal fee. IMO, the cart-to-switch connection requires a little more attention before the Luna will truly satisfy on a consistent basis...

TET did send me a new (or at least re-plated) switch plate when I sent my unit in for a similar problem. Yet, after less than 3 full batteries worth of use, the Luna is hit or miss. Same issue as you and Kush...again. I am not too sure if TET swapped out my cart's contact screw with a new one...

Thanks as always! At what point is the silver plate breached? The marks that I speak of, when gently probed with a toothpick, can be felt as divots and have a much darker color in appearance. Does this mean I've breached the silver layer and entered the material underneath? Again, I am not too...

After a few days use, I did notice that there are new "marks" emerging on my new switch plate and corresponding contact points on the screw head of the EO cart within the Luna. I am by no means an expert, but it seems as though the design of a "rounded" screw head contacting the "flat" switch...

FYI, the Allen Key for the Luna switch (and screw opposite the switch) is definitely bigger than the 0.035 required for the carts, in fact it is bigger than 0.05. I have one at home but can't recall the size...I'll try to update this post once I find out tonight. Edit...the button/switch size...
