I definitely noticed a difference switching from the Panasonic CGR18650CHs to the Sony VTC5s. Not so much with the EO cart, but the LL cart...woohoo. Yet, I've never purchased the stock NCR18650PD batteries from TET, so I've never had a proper comparison.

Too big of a load? I don't have much oil flowing down below my coil b/c I only place a very small amount of concentrate on it. Literally one hit at a time. Pulsing the button also helps avoid burning your oil and maximizes the coil's lifespan.

That's what I'd fear...too much temptation there. I think I'd prefer a sliding button or ring over the clip...so long as it prevents the rolling mentioned above.

If I leave "tails" of XC116 that extend down into my ceramic heating bowl...would you expect them to wick up oil that has fallen off of direct contact with the coil or for those time I miss my placement?

Was there ever any talk of making the clip optional? Every writing pen I've ever held gets its clip broken off eventually...bad habits. Anyways I know it allows for adjusting the heat setting...but IMO this vape would look much better without it. I dunno...

I find that white fluid often too. I was under the impression that it was water contamination. Either from the 5% of everclear that is not ethanol, or from the condensate created when exposing the ice cold liquid/collection dish to warm air...or quite possibly both. When I warm my dish it does...

How does the ReadyXwick compare to the solid FC-2000 ceramic rods? If you were to rebuild a KISS cart, what ceramic wick type would be preferred? Thanks!!

IMO, in addition to the reduction in weight...the Ti EO cart has the benefit of being able to be torched clean repeatedly. If I recall correctly, torching wasn't recommended for the SS EO carts. However, since you're looking for LL use, I do not see much of a benefit to using Ti over SS other...

What surface finish do you guys find to be the most resistant to wear and tear? (ie scratches...etc) Silver or the colored versions? I ask because my black omi mini scratched a little when in a pocket with my keys. Edit...also, if I pick up a persei, can I use batteries that I have for my Luna...
