I wouldn't say I'm an engineer but I'm a designer who studies a lot of engineering. The first prototype has a lot of ancient siege engine in it like a catapult. It's as simple as I could make it while fitting in the space. The second design is influenced heavily by fire arms and wooden mouse...

Yes. I can make smaller boxes from that maple. I'm working on making a design for these little ones. It has to be slightly different because of the hole position.

77mm x 77mmx 120mm or 3-1/8" x 3-1/8" x 4-3/4" Wall thickness is 1/4" The height may vary a little bit but those are the dimensions. The newer vape stations will be 5-1/2" tall

I just gave a family friend an M. He's a 70 yr old hippy and a world traveler who loves to grow and smoke pot. Him and his girlfriend were over for dinner and were curious about vapourizing, so I showed them my vapes. After showing them how the Vapcap worked with the clicks they were wanting to...

I installed my second prototype on a Cherry Vapestation. The original design was overly complex and took up too much space on the inside. This is the original swinging counter weight prototype. This is the improved and simplified second version. There's two screws that have dual function...

I already mocked up a prototype on my person vape station. There’s a hemispherical plug that is attached to a pivot and counterweight on the underside which keeps a little pressure on it. I’m thinking of using magnets instead of a counter weight so that I don’t need so much depth on the...

No, it doesn't swivel. It's actually a heavy 45 degree chamfer on a 1/4" bottom panel. I did this to create a floating effect on some of the vape stations. If you look at the bottom right box in this photo you'll see what it looks like. The other two boxes have internal slots and panels. While...

They will be Vape Stations with a port for ABV. I'm likely going to use the same hole pattern as it is useful for a wide range of vapourizers and parts. If there's a specific vapourizer or parts you want to hold I am able to do custom lids for these.

I've had trouble in the past trying to make the 45 degree cuts in figured woods on my router and chop saw. Then after destroying three panels on the router when making these boxes I told myself that I needed to do something different. So I've been patiently working at getting a jig setup to do...

I hope this explains what I’m aiming for. While I might be experienced with my Vapcaps, there's always more variables to change and methods to discover. I find that it’s hard to get a light packing in the Vapcap to be consistent. Sometimes it works like you say, other times it’s too compact...

So much for that t-break, I'm experimenting with my loading for my Vapcap. I start by packing the tip full then stick a blunt sewing needle into the middle and wiggle it until it makes a channel all the way to the CCD. The reason I'm doing this is I've been finding that the outside of the herb...

You should ideally be keeping it waxed fairly often. I like to keep my stems looking shiny with a cotton cloth soaked in bees wax. If the wood looks dry or dull it needs more wax. Eventually it will stop absorbing as much wax and only need seldom recoating. Your stash can also be waxed to...

Have you tested these? The diameter of the cross section might not fit in the o-ring grooves, as the grooves have to be quite precise size. I would recommend an organic material over a plastic like Teflon. I've used teflon in the past but realised that even a strip of paper or hemp fibres will...

Wrap just a tiny bit of thread in the o-ring grooves then slip the o-ring back over it. This will tighten up the fitment of your tips in the stems. They really shouldn't be fitting that loose though. especially if they're new stems.

    Gr8tr V2

While the new design is attractive and it looks like they improved the grinding plate system. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing one as it doesn’t look like they touched the threading at all. The amount of turns required on my GR8TR to disassemble the pieces is the only issue I have.

I don't think that's a good idea for carry on or even in checked baggage, it could get your luggage flagged for search. We already have to empty out all electronics from bags when they pass through security. E-smokes aren't even allowed on planes along with some other battery powered...

Newbie to Vaporizers? ask your question....

I'm with the other guys fresh ground bud stinks up a room for far longer than any vapour will or even ABV. Concentrates don't typically stink nearly as bad since there less surface area exposed to the air. Just like whole nugs don't smell as strong as ground bud.

    PTSD, social anxiety, depression questions.

I recommend Euphoric sativas like Strawberry Cough, Green Crack, or a Hybrid like OG Kush. All of these help me when I'm suffering from looping dark thoughts. Vape at the highest heat you can as some strains don't produce their effects until they're up near 430*F. It's worth saying that MMJ...
