    Herb Grinders

I really wouldn’t worry about the size unless you plan to put it in your pocket. If that’s the case then you can pre-grind and turn the bottom into a storage puck. Or you can down size the grinder by removing the screen section, making it a three piece. It’s smaller than you think. Only 2 1/8”...

The Mighty/Mighty+ by Storz & Bickel

I don’t see why they would try to make a new portable. The ABV results are super consistent with the hybrid heating and the flavour is preserved throughout the whole session. I use my Mighty occasionally and have noticed a slight drop in battery performance over the years. It’s not alarming and...

    Herb Grinders

You don’t have to get a GR8TR if it’s going to starve you. There’s other grinders out there that cost less.

    Herb Grinders

Aluminum doesn’t vapourize at the temperatures we vape at. Plastic on the other hand does. I can see noticeable wear on my Mighty filling tool that is made from the same plastic. I’ve stopped using it for this reason.

    Herb Grinders

@Mr.Sifter A high quality metal grinder will last you far longer and not drop plastic dust into your herb. Just my thoughts. My Space case and my Kanastor have been going strong for quite some time and show relatively little wear. I use my space case as a keif sifter if I want it. Keif is...

    Herb Grinders

Not the best picture but, it’s a very fine and consistent grind. About as fine as you would want without a major amount of particles coming through vapourizer screens. Average particle size is about 1mm - 2.5mm. With the fine grinding plate. I love my GR8TR Vape as I almost never have to...

    Winegums' Woodcraft

@beyond6strings To keep from getting off topic in the Dynavap thread. Here’s my personal custom electric guitar that me and my dad made 6 years ago. It has a solid figured cherry body, bird’s eye maple fret board, eastern maple neck, SH-8 Invader pickups, and walnut pickup guards. The knobs...

    Dynavap VapCap

Thanks @mrb ! I’m curious to hear what woods they switched to for the VonGs and mouth pieces. The volume of exotic wood that Dynavap puts out must be pretty high and it is only getting rarer and more expensive.

I also did not get any newsletter from Dynavap. I don’t recall ever opting out and my junk mail doesn’t contain it.

    Winegums' Woodcraft

I also worked on a more universal design of slim case that will fit tubes or Vapcaps. I also improved on the old design by moving the magnet to the bottom. There’s not a lot of wasted space in the original, and finding room for the magnet is tricky. It’s hopefully going to be a six sided...

"Addicted" because you vape every day?

I’ve been away from my vapes and any herb for 9 days now. Still no addictive cravings, only thoughts like “mmm would be nice right now, but not necessarily needed”. I’m a moderate to high usage daily vapourist. This will be a good T break for me, I can’t wait to get violated by my violator Kush...

    What books are you reading?

I just finished re-reading Chris Wooding’s “Broken Sky”. It’s written for young audiences but the sci-fantasy world he creates is lovely. I might re-read the Hobbit or finish The Wheel of Time

    Winegums' Woodcraft

The last one just sold but I will be making more very soon. I’ve got a busy February ahead of me. First will be stems, then cases and finally I will make some more vape stations.

    Dynavap VapCap

1000 pages!!! I remember when I could not believe how quickly this vapourizer was spreading through this forum(and still is). “What’s all the fuss about?” I asked, and once I had one in my hands it was clear as day to me. Here’s to another 1000 pages in this new year. My experience mirrors...

    Dynavap VapCap

Rare earth magents are extremely brittle, about as brittle as glass is. Banging them together is not a good thing to do unless they are mounted to a solid surface. Even then, they can chip and fracture through repeated impacts. They are a Sintered material that does not behave like a normal...

    Dynavap VapCap

The diametrically magnetized magnets are going to be weak when holding the cap compared to the same size of through magnetized magnet. The key is getting a magnet that is the same diameter as the cap so that the magnetic field “ring” will hold it in the middle and not on the edge.

    Micro-Dose Amount Images

If there’s a 100% absence of effects I kinda feel like it’s defeating the point of taking it in the first place. Not only that, it would be very difficult to control with vaping herb. To get the effects below the point where I couldn’t feel them I would have to dilute in a carrier solution and...

After 1 yr exp., looking to upgrade dry herb vape from Pulsar APX.

As good as the Vapcap M is I’d say that the Ti tip and a single flame is much more potent on the crucial first hit. The entourage effect of all the terpenes and actives at once make it feel like it hits harder. The weaker first hit and partial exaction with the M doesn’t satisfy me as much.
